Assistant Controller

Our Orange County financial and accounting recruiting firm specializes in the placement of Assistant Controllers. A typical Assistant Controller reports to the Controller. The Assistant Controller will directly oversee a staff and be primarily responsible for all revenue related activities including recognition, forecasting, modeling, contract review, and compliance. The Assistant Controller will also take full responsibility for SEC reporting, technical accounting issues, and the domestic general ledger, as well as overseeing the monthly close, supervising payroll, providing audit support, working closely with staff and management across the organization on various projects and initiatives, and continually seeking to improve processes and procedures to further drive the growth and success of the firm.
