Jeff holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, from Old Dominion University. In addition to recruiting responsibilities, he currently oversees day-to-day operations and a staff of six including administration, research, and recruiting. Jeff was a recruiter for two large national firms for four years and one local firm for over 9 years prior to starting his own Financial Search Consulting practice. He has also served as a management accountant for a $250 million publicly traded (NASDAQ) manufacturing company for two years in both a corporate and plant level capacity, prior to his transition into recruiting.
